Every Avenue was formed in 2003 at Marysville, Michican, United States. The founding members of the band were drummer Michael Govaere, bassist Cameron Grestiner, guitarists Jimmie Deeghan and Joshua Randall and vocalist and keyboardist David Ryan Strauchman.

Between the years 2004 and 2007, the band released three EP albums. The self-titled "Every Avenue EP" was released independently in 2004, "This Is Why We Don't Have Nice Things" was released independently in March 2006 and in August 2007, Fearless Records released the EP "Ah!".

"Shh. Just Go with It" is the debut full-length album of Every Avenue. The album was released in February 2008 via Fearless Records in the US and by Kick Rock Music in Japan. The album was produced by Zach Odom and Kenneth Mount and it reached the Billboard Heatseekers chart.

In November 2009 was released the second album of the band called "Picture Perfect". "Tell Me I'm A Wreck" was the first single of the album. The album spent one week on US Album chart peaking at number 136.

"Bad Habits", the third album of Every Avenue was released by Fearless in August 2011. The first track of the album "Tie Me Down" was co-written by "Yellowcard's" Ryan Key. The album peaked at number 63 on US Billboard Album chart.
