The Hush Sound discography highlights:

The Hush Sound was formed at DuPage County, Illinois, United States in 2004 by Bob Morris and Greta Salpetar who had meet each other at school when they were still teenagers. At first the band was called only "The Hush". The word "Sound" was added later to the name.

"So Sudden", the debut album, was released independently at first, in early 2005 and then re-released by Decaydance and Fueled by Ramen in October the same year. "Crawling Towards the Sun" was the only single released from the album.

The second album "Like Vines" was released in June 2006 and it was produced by Dan Duszynski, Sean O'Keefe and Patrick Stump, the lead singer of "Fall Out Boy". Tracks "We Intertwined" and "Wine Red" were released as singles.

In March 2008 Fueled by Ramen and Decaydance released the third album of The Hush Sound called "Goodbye Blues". The album was produced by Kevin Augunas and it was the first of bands albums to reach the US Billboard 200 Album chart. The album spent two weeks on the chart peaking at number 75.
