The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus discography highlights:

  • The band was formed in Middleburg, Florida, United States in 2003 by childhood friends Duke Kitchens, Ronnie Winter and Thomas Amason. Members from all three guys' other bands were also brought in to form a full band.
  • In 2004, the band first released a demo tape including three songs. Later the demo grew into full 12-tracks album which they released independently later in 2004. The album was self-titled "The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus". Although the demo and the full album earned the band an extensive local fan base, it took a long while to eventually get a recording deal with Virgin Records.
  • The band's debut major label album "Don't You Fake It" was released in July 2006 and it peaked number 25 in US album chart and received a gold certification as well. The album was produced by David Bendeth who has worked with bands like "Paramore", "Mayday Parade", "Emery" and "Papa Roach".
  • The second album of The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus was released in February 2008 and was called "Lonely Road". Some time after the release of the album, guitarist Matt Carter was replaced by Elias Reidy. "Lonely Road" is the most successful album of the band so far since peaking number 14 in US Billboard 200 album chart.
