The Vaccines discography highlights:

The Vaccines was formed in 2009 at London, England by guitarist and vocalist Justin Young and guitarist Freddie Cowan. A couple of months after this bass-player Árni Hjörvar and drummer Pete Robertson joined the band as well.

The first single of the band was released 22th of November 2010 containing the tracks "Wreckin' Bar (Ra Ra Ra)" and "Blow It Up". The single was released by Marshall Teller Records. The single topped at position 157 on UK Single chart. Music videos of both of the tracks have been filmed and they were directed by Douglas Hart, the former bass-player of "The Jesus And Mary Chain".

The debut album of The Vaccines was released in March 2011 by Columbia Records and it was called "What Did You Expect from The Vaccines?". The album contained twelve tracks the last one being a hidden track and it was produced by Dan Grech. The album succeeded to reach TOP10 on Billboard's Heatseekers album chart peaking at number 3. The album spent five weeks on the chart.

The Vaccines became the first band with no singles released so far to perform in Later with Jools Holland TV show.
